"Marcus and his team at GNT Financial, were extremely instrumental in helping us close two very difficult transactions this past year. The first was the purchase of a short sale investment property. The bank representing the seller wanted everything done "yesterday". With the changes in the appraisal rules compressing the time-line it looked as though we were going to lose out on a great investment opportunity. However we were directed to Marcus and GNT financial and they were able to deliver the loan on time.
During our initial visit with Marcus I had spoke with him about my Self Directed IRA and how I was thinking about attempting some private money lending. Shortly after we closed on our investment property Marcus approached me with such an opportunity. This too, was for a short sale that had a very compressed time line. There was an added layer of difficulty in that now we had to deal with the administrator of the IRA.
